Senior Vice President & GM, Xfinity Entertainment

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year vision and strategy for Xfinity Entertainment amid rapid market transformation
• Own end-to-end portfolio performance, balancing growth, profitability, and customer value
• Lead the evolution of video and entertainment experiences across Linear TV, streaming, sports, and gaming
• Drive profitable growth by identifying revenue opportunities and optimizing portfolio economics
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and finance to deliver outcomes at scale
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams and foster a culture of innovation and accountability

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in consumer technology, media, or telecommunications
• 10+ years of experience leading senior teams and influencing large organizations in a matrixed environment
• Deep experience with video and entertainment products, including streaming, aggregation, or live events
• Demonstrated GM or P&L leadership at scale with a track record of owning business outcomes
• Strong financial and analytical acumen to connect market trends to measurable business results
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to align senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced business degree
• Experience leading large-scale consumer subscription, platform, or marketplace businesses
• Experience modernizing established products while creating new growth engines in complex environments
