Senior Vice President, Creative Strategy

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior creative strategy lead across a portfolio of client accounts
• Translate client briefs and audience insights into compelling creative platforms
• Lead creative strategy sessions and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Lead conceptual development of integrated campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels
• Direct the development of creative deliverables including visual concepts and messaging frameworks
• Support new business pitches by developing and presenting bold, insight-led strategy concepts
• Provide senior-level creative direction and feedback across the agency's client portfolio

Requirements

• 12+ years of creative strategy experience in a senior role
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic, cross-channel creative thinking
• Deep experience presenting to senior and C-suite client stakeholders
• Proven track record of leading integrated, multi-channel campaign development
• Fluency across digital, social, content, and brand creative
• Strong conceptual skills and excellent presentation abilities
• Experience supporting new business pitches
