Responsibilities

• Act as the senior point of contact for large CPG clients, building C-suite and marketing leadership relationships
• Lead annual media and communication strategy, AOP planning, and long-term brand roadmaps
• Provide strategic counsel on brand growth, market share, media innovation, and ROI
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across media planning, buying, digital, content, and analytics
• Oversee integrated campaign execution across TV, digital, print, OOH, e-commerce, and emerging platforms
• Ensure timely delivery, quality output, and adherence to client KPIs and SLAs
• Partner with publishers, platforms, and vendors to drive innovation and efficiency

Requirements

• 16+ years of experience in advertising or media agencies
• Proven track record in client leadership and P&L management
• Experience working within large agency networks
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in integrated and digital marketing
• Experience in strategic planning and AOP management
