Senior VFX Producer

Responsibilities

• Manage production budgets and schedules for assigned VFX projects
• Collaborate with VFX Supervisors to establish project strategies and milestones
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status and changes
• Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and overtime budgeting
• Monitor project progress and ensure Shotgun is kept up to date
• Prepare budget reports and anticipate potential delays or cost changes
• Lead and mentor production team members through training and performance evaluations
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment within the production team
• Ensure VFX Breakdowns are created for every project

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in VFX production
• Proficient in GSuite and Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of Shotgun project management software
• Deep understanding of the VFX production process from concept to delivery
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Ability to travel internationally occasionally
