Senior Vehicle Integration and Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Create and implement Neutron assembly and test procedures
• Develop and document procedures with system owners
• Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to a team of technicians
• Lead and train technicians in industry standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot unforeseen issues and drive workflow efficiency
• Support operations to enable rapid processing of Neutron
• Drive specification and setup of technician workstations and tooling

Requirements

• 8+ years of assembly and/or test experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
• Ability to climb ladders and work in tight or elevated spaces
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with launch vehicle fluid systems (Pneumatic, Cryogenic, electrical)
• Maintenance skills including troubleshooting and precision cleaning
• Experience with forklifts, telehandlers, and boom lifts
• Cleanroom work experience and knowledge of ISO cleanliness standards
• Fabrication skills such as tube bending and flaring
• Avionics installation and harness routing experience
