About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and implement Neutron assembly and test procedures
- Develop and document procedures with system owners
- Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to a team of technicians
- Lead and train technicians in industry standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot unforeseen issues and drive workflow efficiency
- Support operations to enable rapid processing of Neutron
- Drive specification and setup of technician workstations and tooling
Requirements
- 8+ years of assembly and/or test experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to climb ladders and work in tight or elevated spaces
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with launch vehicle fluid systems (Pneumatic, Cryogenic, electrical)
- Maintenance skills including troubleshooting and precision cleaning
- Experience with forklifts, telehandlers, and boom lifts
- Cleanroom work experience and knowledge of ISO cleanliness standards
- Fabrication skills such as tube bending and flaring
- Avionics installation and harness routing experience
