Senior Value Stream Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations across specific production lines and shifts
• Foster proactive communication with partners to resolve issues and ensure operational performance
• Support contract negotiations, business planning, and strategic alignment with partners
• Direct production teams to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize line performance and achieve design capacity
• Oversee capacity planning, equipment utilization, maintenance, and scheduling
• Recruit, train, and mentor associates to build a high-performing workforce
• Ensure all products meet or exceed food safety standards and support regulatory audits
• Collaborate with site leadership to execute short- and long-term strategic plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing
• Demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and audit processes

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience in food production environments
• FSMA/PCQI certification
