Senior UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of cutting-edge digital products by defining intuitive interaction patterns, navigation models, and responsive visual systems.
• Create end-to-end experience deliverables including user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Build, document, and maintain robust, scalable design systems in Figma, including foundations like grids, typography, and components.
• Manage design system version control, naming conventions, and documentation using tools like Zeroheight.
• Prepare clean, annotated design files for development and collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Participate in QA and design reviews to resolve issues and close the gap between design and build.
• Contribute to the use of design tokens and component specs to streamline developer workflows.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Design (Interaction, Visual Communication, HCI, Industrial Design) or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing digital products with proven strengths in UX, UI, and design systems.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, including managing component libraries and applying design tokens.
• Working knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React.
• Strong documentation, organization, and systems-thinking mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Financial Services Sector.
• Experience creating and scaling enterprise-grade design systems from scratch.
• Familiarity with QA practices to validate visual and functional integrity in production.
• Exposure to agile product teams and tools like JIRA, Zeplin, Storybook, or Git-based environments.
