Senior UX/UI Designer

At LINE MAN Wongnai, product experience is at the forefront of what we do. We are working to become the No.1 food platform in Thailand, integrating the ecosystems of LINE, LINE MAN, and Wongnai. Through our fintech platform, LINE Pay, we are also transforming the digital payment market in Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually compelling UI for a seamless user experience
• Take ownership of the design process from research to delivery, including prototyping and user research
• Shape product strategy by proposing impact-driven solutions for user experience and business growth
• Measure and improve design using qualitative and quantitative data
• Facilitate discussions and gather feedback from designers and stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and business teams
• Mentor other designers and drive innovation in UX/UI, accessibility, and methodologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Strong English portfolio
• Experience in app/web design with understanding of iOS, Android, and web limitations
• Strong grasp of design principles such as layout, contrast, spacing, hierarchy, and typography
• User-centric mindset and ability to apply design thinking
• Logical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Passion for UI, apps, and technology with a focus on pixel-perfection

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UX/UI for Korean platforms (food delivery, fintech, or e-commerce)
• Background in global UX research and user testing
• Strong sense of design with interest in branding and graphic design
• Interest in collaborating in a global environment and relocating to Thailand
