Senior UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive design processes from user insights to finished solutions, focusing on interaction design and visual quality
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces while building and implementing design systems
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to ensure design supports both business goals and technical requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or Product Designer
• Documented experience in HMI, UX, and UI design for digital-physical solutions
• Academic degree (BA/MA) in technical design, interaction design, product development, or computer science

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industries such as automotive, medtech, or defense
• Proficiency in Figma and working with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience leading design work in complex projects or research-driven innovation
