Senior UX/UI Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve core product experiences across web, iOS, Android, and tablets
• Create intuitive UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI systems
• Define and scale a unified design system across multiple interconnected products
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality implementation
• Shape core experiences including microblogging, messaging, short-form video, and live match engagement
• Contribute strategically to product direction and establish long-term design culture

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, specifically with consumer-facing digital products
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Deep understanding of mobile-first product design and user psychology
• Proven experience building and scaling design systems
• Strong visual design, interaction design, and motion design skills
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
• Willingness to learn or experience with Rust-based frontend frameworks (e.g., Dioxus, Leptos, Yew)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing social media, messaging, or video platforms
• Experience with WebAssembly (Wasm) or Rust-powered UI rendering
• Passion for football and understanding of football culture
• Experience building products from zero to one
• Experience working on platforms with millions of users
