Senior UX Strategist/Service Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end from problem definition to solution delivery
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, research, and customer teams
• Plan and conduct user interviews to uncover key insights
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions directly with customers
• Analyze complex problem spaces and identify systemic patterns
• Transform complex AI functionalities into intuitive, transparent interactions
• Design AI-powered solutions and internal AI tools
• Leverage generative AI tools and Vibe Coding to prototype ideas quickly
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders and clients

Requirements

• Several years of experience in UX, service design, and strategic design
• Systemic approach to problem-solving
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and strategic client meetings
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in prototyping from low-fidelity to conceptual proof-of-concept
• Native-level German and business-fluent English
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools
• Ability to integrate AI tools into design processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Vibe Coding for exploratory idea development
• Experience working within the public sector
