Senior UX Strategist & Researcher, Research Operations

Responsibilities

• Build and scale research infrastructure including knowledge management, recruitment, and governance
• Drive AI-assisted tooling and automation to accelerate the product design lifecycle
• Influence senior and executive-level decision-makers through strategic concept artifacts
• Lead discovery workshops to identify operational gaps and define strategic roadmaps
• Serve as an operational consultant to researchers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Execute end-to-end research work streams using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Partner with product, design, and marketing teams to shape customer experiences
• Integrate AI across the research stack to remove execution barriers

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX research, UX strategy, or Research Operations in a tech environment
• Experience building and scaling business-critical research systems
• Proficiency with mixed-methods research approaches
• Experience influencing senior-level stakeholders
• Ability to prototype and visualize strategic direction via sketches or service blueprints
• Demonstrated AI fluency and practical experience applying AI to research workflows
• Strong business acumen to connect research to commercial implications
