Senior UX Researcher

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mixed-methods research, including foundational, generative, and evaluative studies across multiple product lines.
• Design studies to address key product risks regarding value, usability, feasibility, and viability.
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights and stories that guide strategic product decisions.
• Strengthen research operations by maintaining participant panels, consent workflows, and research documentation systems.
• Develop reusable research frameworks, templates, and a robust repository to promote organizational knowledge sharing.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to integrate user empathy into roadmaps and success metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of UX or product research experience, ideally in consumer tech, wearables, or health/wellness domains.
• Expertise in mixed methods research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and diary studies.
• Proven ability to conduct research from initial discovery through validation and post-launch evaluation.
• Strong synthesis, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience supporting beta programs within agile environments.
• Must include a portfolio of work with your application.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with research and repository tools such as UserTesting, Dovetail, Figma, or Quantilope.
• Experience working with international or multilingual teams across different time zones.
• Background or interest in health, wellness, or behavioral science.
• Comfort with rapid, iterative product testing and evidence-driven experimentation.
