Senior UX Researcher

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, field studies, surveys, and usability testing
• Build and manage a panel of drivers and riders to establish continuous feedback loops
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights for product decisions
• Partner with product managers and designers during discovery and validation phases
• Identify key user pain points and opportunities across the driver and rider journeys
• Contribute to building research processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in UX Research or a related field
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
• Strong expertise in qualitative research and user interviews
• Good understanding of quantitative methods, such as surveys and data analysis
• Experience in mobility, ride-hailing, travel, or marketplace products
• Experience conducting field research with operational users like drivers or couriers
• Familiarity with analytics tools and behavioral data
