About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end UX research initiatives using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Translate user insights into actionable product, UX, and business recommendations
- Define research roadmaps aligned with product strategy across multiple domains
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams in distributed global environments
- Mentor junior researchers and champion design thinking across the organization
- Build scalable research frameworks, playbooks, and repositories
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX, Service Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field
- 5-6+ years of experience in UX research
- Graduation from a reputed design institute (e.g., IISc, IIT, NID, Srishti, ISDI, MIT Pune, Symbiosis)
- Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Proficiency in research tools such as UserTesting and Dovetail
- Experience in stakeholder management and storytelling
- Ability to connect UX insights to business impact
