Responsibilities

• Spend time with customers to discover and understand underserved needs
• Work closely with Head of Design, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver simple, elegant solutions
• Deliver delightful user experiences and interactions on both mobile and web
• Establish and maintain strong usability standards across UX
• Deliver engineering-ready files in a clean, well-documented format
• Contribute to and maintain the Design System

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and delightful user experiences
• Experience with both web and mobile design
• Proficiency in interaction design and systems thinking
• Ability to validate assumptions and refine work based on user feedback
• High attention to detail and commitment to usability
