Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the complete end-to-end experience for participants and operators across all contexts of use
• Create unified experience principles and frameworks that scale across product lines and regions
• Design physical touchpoints including out-of-box experience, device surfaces, and deployment environments
• Design digital touchpoints including on-device UI, remote displays, operator consoles, and mobile apps
• Specify multi-sensory cues such as audio, lighting, and haptics
• Plan and conduct user research to translate insights into product requirements and prototypes
• Lead UX development from concept through launch for new hardware and software products
• Monitor in-field performance and drive iterative improvements based on real-world data

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX, service design, or multi-modal experience design
• Experience with hardware + software products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end systems thinking
• Expertise in blending physical, digital, and sensory inputs
• Hands-on prototyping skills in Figma, motion, audio, or physical mockups
• Ability to lead research and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
• Experience working with hardware engineering, ID, and firmware teams is a plus
