Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design across web and mobile applications, from initial research to final delivery
• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
• Drive UX strategy and advocate for user-centered design across product and engineering teams
• Define and maintain design systems, UX standards, and best practices
• Mentor junior UX designers and provide design guidance and reviews
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders
• Incorporate accessibility, usability, and performance considerations into all designs

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX, Product, or Interaction Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design work and measurable impact
• Expertise in UX processes including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of human-centered design principles and usability heuristics
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, data-heavy, or enterprise applications
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Prior experience working with fintech platforms
