Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups using Figma to champion user-centered design.
• Translate complex business and user challenges into elegant, user-friendly design solutions.
• Leverage data insights and user research to inform design choices and validate assumptions.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and prepare documentation to translate requirements into actionable strategies.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously optimize user experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless design handoffs and integration into workflows.
• Explore and utilize AI technology tools to enhance UX process efficiency and product design.
• Articulate design decisions, trade-offs, and requirements clearly to non-design stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of dedicated professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and advanced design tools.
• Proven experience in user research and usability testing.
• Expertise in design thinking facilitation.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
