Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups using Figma to champion user-centered design.
• Translate complex business and user challenges into elegant, user-friendly design solutions.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and prepare documentation to translate requirements into actionable strategies.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and optimize designs.
• Leverage data insights to inform design choices and validate assumptions.
• Communicate design decisions, trade-offs, and requirements clearly to non-design stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless handoffs and integration of design standards.
• Explore and utilize AI technology tools to enhance UX process efficiency and product workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of dedicated professional design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Proven experience with user research and usability testing.
• Ability to facilitate design thinking workshops.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
