Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design crystal-clear, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes across platforms
• Create impactful research artifacts to support or challenge ideas
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members at all levels
• Own the entirety of work from sketch to prototype to handoff
• Self-start projects rooted in research or design thinking
• Support and build out processes with design leadership

Requirements

• 6+ years of user-experience design experience
• High-quality portfolio containing real-world projects
• Excellent skills in Figma
• Ability to present work with confidence
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Notion
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX, HCI, Comms, or related area
• Must be based in NYC

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Knowledge of Pendo
• Curiosity for design systems
