About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user experiences across printer hardware interfaces, control panel OS, mobile software, and management solutions.
  • Plan and participate in qualitative and quantitative user research to translate findings into design direction.
  • Create experience strategies, journey maps, flows, prototypes, and reusable design patterns.
  • Partner with software, firmware, and product marketing teams to align on experience vision and technical feasibility.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver detailed design guidance from concept through implementation.
  • Contribute to product discussions and raise the quality of visual design through design systems.
  • Experiment with AI-powered design tools and workflows to design for next-generation AI-driven products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Experience Design, HCI, Product Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience designing end-to-end digital, device, or service experiences.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design, and visual design sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Miro.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for or with AI-powered products, services, or workflows.
  • Experience working across product ecosystems including hardware and embedded interfaces.
  • Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP) certification.
