Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead consumer experience design from concept to execution across all touchpoints
• Integrate AI into the design workflow for insight synthesis, discovery, and rapid prototyping
• Maintain high craft standards in layout, motion, typography, and micro-interactions
• Identify product opportunities through market research and user analysis
• Collaborate with product leads and engineers to align design with business and technical goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in product design with a focus on consumer products
• Proficiency with AI design tools such as Figma AI and Claude
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, including motion and animation
• High agency and proactivity in driving technical and design solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills for cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using motion and animation as strategic tools to elevate product quality
