Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Own core commerce journeys and act as the design custodian for end-to-end experiences
• Translate complex machine-learning capabilities into simple, natural user architectures
• Execute hands-on across user flows, interaction frameworks, and high-fidelity prototyping
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams to balance intuition with business mechanics
• Establish design structures, frameworks, and operational processes
• Mentor mid-level and junior designers
• Represent Glance’s design innovations at global design forums and industry conferences

Requirements

• Proven portfolio of shipped, complex consumer-facing work at scale
• Mastery of UX architecture, information architecture, and interface hierarchy
• Deep understanding of Android ecosystem and mobile-first design paradigms
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for presenting to senior executives
• Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Product Design, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with deep personalization, algorithmic recommendation feeds, or rich-media discovery
• Experience in high-velocity, high-ambiguity product environments
• Experience establishing design guidelines or mentoring talent
