Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric experiences from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Collaborate with strategy, design, product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into design solutions
• Participate in user research and usability testing to identify key pain points and opportunities
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Communicate design ideas and decisions clearly to team members and stakeholders
• Ensure consistency with UX best practices and established design guidelines
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
• Work closely with developers and UI designers to support implementation

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in UX design for web and/or mobile applications
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the UX design process
• Ability to conduct and contribute to user research activities
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• A portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking and the ability to solve real-world problems
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Hotjar, or Google Analytics
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design fundamentals
• Experience working in Agile environments
