Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design exceptional user experiences for cloud-based audit, financial reporting, and data analytics products.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools like Figma Make, Claude Code, and Replit into the everyday design practice.
• Design human oversight moments within agentic workflows to ensure user control and transparency.
• Evolve the company design system, ensuring AI-generated UI meets accessibility and component standards.
• Plan and lead end-to-end user research programs, utilizing AI to synthesize findings and surface patterns.
• Lead cross-functional design conversations with Product and Engineering to shape product direction.
• Mentor junior and intermediate designers in design craft and AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional UX experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership through ambiguity.
• Proficiency with Figma and related prototyping tools.
• Fluency with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude Code, Replit) and effective prompting skills.
• Experience managing and evolving component-based design systems.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and the ability to evaluate UI for compliance.
• Proven experience leading user research and synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
• Ability to represent design direction to senior stakeholders and drive cross-team initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the accounting, audit, or financial services industries.
• Prior experience designing for AI-powered or conversational product features.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, including bias, transparency, and accountability.
