Senior User Researcher

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end research projects using qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover user needs and behaviors.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that guide product strategy and roadmaps.
• Create compelling deliverables, including reports, presentations, and workshops, to communicate insights effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and business teams to align on client challenges.
• Advocate for user-centricity and mentor colleagues on best practices for embedding research into development processes.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research mechanics such as transcription and synthesis while ensuring output accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Social Science, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience conducting research within a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in workshop facilitation and driving collaborative sessions to foster innovation.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality research in ambiguous and dynamic environments.
