Senior User Experience (UX) Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for enterprise platforms, including workflow systems, operational dashboards, and analytics environments.
• Transform fragmented legacy experiences and manual processes into scalable, governed digital workflows.
• Apply systems-level thinking to model complex multi-step processes involving various roles, permissions, and data states.
• Design high-density data interfaces and interaction patterns that reduce cognitive load for expert users.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data Science to drive alignment and unblock decisions.
• Design AI-enabled experiences, such as predictive interfaces and decision-support tools, that augment human judgment.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of the enterprise design system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, specifically within enterprise, SaaS, or internal systems.
• Proven track record of modernizing legacy tools or leading large-scale platform redesigns.
• Expertise in designing operational platforms (e.g., supply chain, finance, or workforce management).
• Strong systems thinking skills and deep interaction design expertise for complex environments.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent professional design and prototyping tools.
• Experience with enterprise research methods, including usability testing and contextual inquiry.
• Ability to design clear, scannable, and efficient high-density data interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-assisted dashboards and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with Data Science and ML Engineering teams to translate intelligence into usable solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, platform constraints, and system architecture.
