Senior User Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points across product ecosystems
• Define and evolve user personas, journey maps, and experience maps to guide design strategy
• Direct the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes while establishing design standards
• Oversee usability testing, synthesize feedback, and mentor junior designers on iterative methodologies
• Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and business-aligned
• Evolve the design system and champion its adoption across all products
• Manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading design strategy in complex B2B/SaaS environments
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of user-centered design and research methodologies
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including design systems management
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and defend design decisions with data-driven insights
• Deep knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Experience working with AI tools and incorporating AI into UX practices
• Fluent in spoken and written English
