Senior User Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta (7-figure monthly budget) while hitting ROAS and LTV:CAC targets
• Drive the creative feedback loop by generating data-backed hypotheses for the in-house creative team
• Build and run a high-velocity testing engine across audiences, creatives, and campaign structures
• Connect channel performance to unit economics and incrementality through attribution and measurement
• Build custom tooling and automations to make UA faster and more autonomous

Requirements

• 4+ years in performance marketing with deep Meta expertise
• Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets
• Proven track record of partnering with creative teams to drive performance
• Strong analytical skills regarding attribution, incrementality, and unit economics
• AI-native workflow approach (using tools like Claude Code or similar for automation)
• High agency and ability to drive ambiguous problems to completion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing to SMBs
• Experience in PLG or SaaS environments (e.g., Canva, Shopify, Wix)
