- Source and hire top technical talent for the growing team
- Handle multiple technical requirements simultaneously
- Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search for candidate sourcing
- Network with contractual agencies to build talent pipelines
- Screen and evaluate candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the hiring lifecycle
- Proficiency in Boolean search and various sourcing platforms
- Knowledge of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work US shifts (6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST)
