About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist underwriters through loan due diligence and underwriting
- Manage assigned deals with minimal oversight
- Coordinate underwriting tasks and monitor quality and timeliness
- Draft underwriting documentation and support loan committee presentations
- Mentor and coach less experienced analysts
- Identify process improvements and support team workload balancing
Requirements
- Commercial real estate underwriting experience
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work with internal teams and third-party vendors
