About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist underwriters through all stages of loan due diligence and underwriting
- Manage assigned deals with minimal oversight
- Coordinate underwriting tasks and monitor quality for timely, accurate delivery
- Draft underwriting documentation and support loan committee presentations
- Mentor less experienced analysts and support team development
- Identify process improvements and share best practices
Requirements
- Commercial real estate underwriting experience
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced, competing-priority environments
