Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Drive outcomes by designing with a focus on acquisition, conversion, and engagement
• Shape multi-sided experiences for students, universities, and property managers into intuitive journeys
• Prototype, test, ship, and refine products in fast, iterative cycles
• Lead through continuous user discovery and evidence-based solution validation
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and execution
• Contribute to the growth of the global design practice

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B2C or B2C digital products
• Experience with conversion-focused products, lead-gen, or marketplaces
• Proficiency in experimentation and A/B testing
• Strong UX fundamentals in flows, systems, and interaction design
• Ability to work in lean, fast-paced teams with high ownership
• Strong collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Proven ability to deliver measurable user experience improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ILS or property listing sites
• Background in scale-ups or high-growth environments
• Experience using AI in design workflows or product experiences
