Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to define and execute UX and product design strategy.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate and validate design concepts.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architectures to guide intuitive user experiences.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and usability findings.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with the intended user experience.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and maintain consistency using design systems and brand guidelines.
• Create native, platform-specific designs following Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in UX and product design, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and launched mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Zeplin.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user research techniques, usability testing, and user behavior analysis.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present design rationale to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related design field.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML and CSS.
• Experience with micro-interactions or motion design.
