About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end design process from strategy formulation to execution
- Collaborate with user research and operations teams to understand user needs
- Monitor product data to drive continuous user experience improvements
- Partner with development teams, business leaders, and product managers to ensure efficient development and business value
Requirements
- Over 4 years of user interface design experience
- Excellent English language skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
- Ability to travel overseas for approximately 3 months per year
- Proactive approach to driving projects from inception to completion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the travel or ride-sharing sectors
- Experience designing products for international markets
