Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes
• Create high-fidelity, production-ready UI designs using Figma with reusable components and variables
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand product goals and user needs
• Own and evolve the design system across multiple products
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and platform guideline compliance (Google/Apple)
• Translate product requirements and specs into intuitive design solutions
• Participate in user feedback loops, design critiques, and iteration cycles
• Document and communicate design decisions effectively

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a product team
• Deep understanding of UX principles, design patterns, and heuristics
• Expert proficiency in Figma (auto layout, components, variants, libraries)
• Experience building and managing design systems
• Ability to generate and validate multiple design approaches
• Solid communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability testing
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with Figma Dev Mode
• Knowledge of AI for design and Framer
