Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery for new features and products, including design workshops and sprints
• Take the first design lead on new products, brands, and ventures
• Plan and run user research, usability testing, interviews, and surveys
• Own end-to-end user flows across the website, app, and customer portal
• Design and optimize digital acquisition and onboarding flows using A/B testing
• Maintain customer journey maps to align Product, Marketing, and Operations
• Govern the design system, components, tokens, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Deliver annotated, developer-ready layouts and component states to build teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, digital design, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design for digital products
• Advanced command of Figma including components, auto-layout, and design tokens
• Proven experience designing web, mobile app, and self-service portal experiences
• Experience planning and running user research and usability testing
• Strong information architecture and interaction design skills
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience working in agile teams alongside product managers and engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• UX certification
• Experience in telecommunications, internet services, or subscription models
