About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle the UI/UX design process from concept through execution
- Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
- Analyze data to improve product design
- Design intuitive interfaces and responsive elements for web and mobile
- Lead the creation and evolution of brand guidelines
- Mentor junior UI/UX designers and improve design standards
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
Requirements

- Expertise in designing clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces
- Knowledge of design thinking or human-centered design

- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS
- Experience with dashboards and data visualization
