Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product direction and visuals
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to validate design decisions
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for new product features
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Mentor and guide junior designers

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven UI/UX design experience for digital products
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design and user-centered design principles
• Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, and user flows
• Up-to-date with latest UI/UX trends and technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience designing for accessibility and internationalization
