Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the Evinova Design System by driving component strategy, governance, and adoption across multiple products.
• Create and maintain scalable components, patterns, and design tokens to ensure usability and consistency.
• Partner closely with Design, Engineering, and Product teams to align on standards and resolve system-level challenges.
• Maintain alignment between Figma design artifacts and coded implementation, including properties, states, and responsive behavior.
• Embed WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards into the component foundations and daily design workflows.
• Develop clear documentation and usage guidance to support seamless adoption across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating and maintaining design systems in complex, multi-product environments.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including managing complex libraries and cross-functional workflows.
• Strong systems thinking with a deep understanding of design tokens and component architecture.
• Experience working within design-to-code workflows and understanding how design maps to implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver accessible products following WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
• Experience working in B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Ability to work independently and lead complex design initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare or digital health sectors.
• Experience designing AI-native products or recommendation engines.
• Familiarity with clinical trials and the drug development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in a second language.
