Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces across web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results
• Maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency
• Ensure accessibility standards and usability guidelines are met

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to work in an agile environment
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
• Familiarity with user research tools like UsabilityHub or Lookback
• Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
• Understanding of AI tools for accelerating design workflows
