(Senior) Uitvoerder Betonbouw

Responsibilities

• Instruct the project team on daily work and planning
• Monitor subcontractor performance and delivery
• Assess design feasibility in collaboration with engineers and project managers
• Manage project progress and control costs
• Coordinate equipment and materials to ensure continuous workflow
• Maintain a positive and safe atmosphere on the construction site

Requirements

• MBO or HBO level education, preferably in civil engineering
• Several years of experience as a supervisor in civil infrastructure
• Experience with civil structures such as bridges, viaducts, or concrete works
• Ability to work independently and mentor less experienced colleagues
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and subcontractors
