Senior UiPath Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath best practices
• Build scalable and reusable automation components, workflows, and frameworks
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical automation solutions
• Develop attended, unattended, and API-based automation solutions across multiple business functions
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation optimization and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development, testing, and production support
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes for automation incidents
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle
• Maintain technical documentation including Solution Design Documents (SDD) and workflow documentation
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the COE knowledge repository

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development or automation technologies
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development and enterprise RPA implementations
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong expertise with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
• Experience with API integrations, queues, assets, OCR, and Excel/email automation
• Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and workflow diagrams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer certification
• Experience with UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, Apps, and Integration Services
• Exposure to intelligent automation technologies including AI/ML integrations and process mining
• Experience with scripting languages such as VB.NET, C#, or PowerShell
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
