Senior UiPath Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of UiPath automation workstreams end-to-end, from design and development through testing and deployment.
• Drive the technical translation and refactoring of legacy Blue Prism processes into optimized UiPath workflows.
• Design, develop, and deploy complex, scalable Intelligent Automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, and Action Center.
• Architect secure and resilient automation solutions and discover/deliver Agentic AI solutions.
• Act as a technical guide for junior and mid-level engineers and participate in rigorous peer code reviews.
• Support project planning, effort estimation, and documentation within an agile team environment.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, writing automated unit and integration tests to ensure flawless deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation software engineering.
• Deep expertise in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with UiPath IXP (Intelligent Xtraction and Processing).
• Proven experience with AI Center and Action Center to build Agentic AI solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and version control using Git.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and the ability to design modern architectures.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification.
• Proficiency in building custom automation components using C#, .NET, or Python.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models or document understanding tools into RPA workflows.
