Senior UiPath Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy complex, scalable Intelligent Automation solutions using advanced UiPath capabilities.
• Integrate automation workflows with various APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Act as a technical guide for junior and mid-level automation engineers and assist with peer code reviews.
• Participate in the CI/CD pipeline by writing and executing automated unit and integration tests.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical defects and optimize performance bottlenecks.
• Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve consulting service offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation software engineering.
• Deep expertise in developing complex workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification.
• Solid command of software engineering principles, including SQL databases, API integrations, and Git version control.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to design efficient modern architectures from legacy processes.
• Strong ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to both technical peers and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles.
• Python coding skills.
• Interest in upskilling in process mining (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining), low-code platforms (Power Apps), or conversational AI.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.
