Senior UI Developer

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality software and value to customers using continuous delivery practices
• Build innovative customer experiences within collaborative, value-driven teams
• Utilize microservices to create large-scale distributed systems
• Apply the latest technical ideas from the Thoughtworks Technology Radar to solve client problems
• Effectively use DevOps tools and practices to build and deploy software
• Oversee the entire software consulting and delivery lifecycle, from ideation to deployment
• Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues using technical expertise and leadership skills

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience
• Proficiency in two or more languages (e.g., C#, Ruby, Java, JavaScript)
• Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OO)
• Proven ability to produce high-quality code with good programming style
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as XP, Scrum, or Kanban
• Ability to influence others and advocate for technical excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience contributing to the external technical community through speaking, open source, or blogging
• Ability to challenge uncertainty and approach problems from different perspectives
