Senior UI Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex UI applications using ReactJS and modern frontend technologies
• Define and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and coding standards
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to UI developers through code reviews and design guidance
• Drive adoption of modern UI frameworks, component libraries, and tools such as MUI and state management
• Oversee UI performance optimization, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Ensure high code quality through automated testing, unit testing, and CI/CD integration
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 8+ years of SDLC experience with a focus on developing UI solutions
• Expertise in ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with MUI and modern state management libraries
• Knowledge of Java and REST APIs
• Understanding of databases and PL/SQL
• Proficiency in Git and Agile methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
