Senior UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and refine high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate concepts into intuitive UI
• Maintain and enforce UI design standards, style guides, and component libraries
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Prototype and iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing
• Ensure designs are optimized for accessibility, usability, and performance across devices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI design
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and interaction design
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience creating responsive designs for desktop and mobile
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with UX research methods and processes
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools like After Effects
