Senior Trust and Safety Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assess and take appropriate action on user reports of Twitch policy violations promptly and effectively
• Prioritize swift action on sensitive community issues, including child safety, terrorism, and violent extremism
• Review and respond to internal and external escalations
• Maintain expert understanding of Twitch’s policies, site features, and internal documentation
• Actively identify areas for improvement using a data-driven approach to mitigate risk
• Leverage SQL and AI tooling to build efficiencies and streamline workflows
• Lead projects to improve the operating model and conduct more effective investigations
• Participate in shift rotation for some weekends and holidays

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Investigations, Fraud Prevention, or Content Moderation
• Experience investigating complex user, content, or platform safety issues and making risk-based decisions in ambiguous situations
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, or AI-assisted workflows
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience working with cross-functional partners, including Policy, Legal, and Engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Twitch as a creator
• Previous employment at a games industry or live streaming platform company
